Ready Tote Oklahoma ("we," "us," or "our") operates readytoteokc.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: we collect only what we need to rent you totes.
Information We Collect
When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, requested rental package, and requested delivery and pickup dates. When we confirm your rental, we also collect your delivery address. That's it. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your booking request, confirm dates and availability, send you an invoice, deliver and pick up your totes, and communicate with you about your rental. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site, and your information passes through them solely to provide our service to you:
- Netlify hosts our website and stores booking form submissions.
- Resend delivers our transactional emails (booking confirmations and invoices).
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number; payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap provides the map tiles shown in our delivery area maps. Loading the maps sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers, as with any web content.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.
Data Retention
We keep booking and rental records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the business, handle any follow-up on your rental, and meet tax and legal obligations. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it.
Your Choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Our emails to you are transactional (related to your rental), not marketing lists.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
